I let myself drift on the atavistic magnetism of flowing northward. I look back and my footprints vanish in the soft moss; swept away by a silent green tide, where the lichen is the foam that lingers among the branches. And the constant mist, witness to my breathing, to that frontier between dream and reality; like the solemn weave between the untamed beaches that open toward the mountains, wrapped in a forest that turns yellow on its way to white, protecting its ice and its newborn rivers; which descend in fury, thirsty for sand and salt.
